The dates will be Monday, July 30th through Friday, August 32d. Registration is now online. Click here to go to the council calendar to register. | | SCHOOL NIGHT (SNFS) This year's School Night For Scouting membership drives are right around the corner, so be prepared for them by attending the 2012 Eagle District School Night for Scouting Kickoff. This training event will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Edmond (a.k.a. Roundtable location) at 7:00 pm. This is one of the most important dates in the Cub Pack's year, so don't miss it. | | EAGLE DISTRICT CHALLENGE COIN This beautiful coin is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and 3 mils thick with red, white, and blue enameling on high polished silver with a sand blasted silver recess. Eagle District will be giving one of these coins to each Boy Scout who earns the rank of Eagle Scout starting with the 2012 Scout year. More on that later. We are also offering these coins for purchase by anyone who would like to own one. At this time, we are pre-selling them for $10.00 per coin. We are planning to mint 300 coins and we need the proceeds from the presell to fund the initial purchase.  The coins will be available for pick-up by the Annual Recognition Banquet, at the latest. We will have a page set-up through the council website where you can purchase your coin soon. | |
