COMMISSION & INCENTIVES

UNIT Commision Structures

All units receive a base commission of 25%.  The Prize Option includes LEGO sets, camping equipment, watches, and more for Scouts based on the cumulative dollar value of popcorn each Scout sells:  The more popcorn sold, the higher the level of gift they can choose from.  All prizes from the Campmasters prize program will be mailed to the unit Popcorn Kernel after the order is placed.

Your unit may select the Money Only Option, which returns a slightly higher commission of 30%.  No prizes are available through the Campmasters prize program to units choosing this program.  However, Scouts in units choosing this option are still eligible for the Council Prize Incentive.

By attending trainings and paying on-time, your unit can earn up to an additional 5% Bonus Commission.

Scout Prizes and Incentives

Scouts who are part of a unit participating in the Prize Option program, are eligible to choose from the Cub Scout prize program or the Boy Scout prize program.  Submit your prize order online at www.campmasters.org  no later than November 25, 2013.

All Scouts, regardless of their unit's commission are eligible for the incentives below:

  • Every youth that sells popcorn will receive a free 2013 Popcorn Patch
  • All Scouts that fill up all the spaces on the order form will earn a Popcorn Fill It Up Patch and a Last Frontier Council backpack.
  • Any Scout who sells $1,000 in popcorn will win a 4 G mp3 Video Player with 1.5" screen.
  • Sell $1,500 or more and earn a $50 gift card from Walmart or Target.
  • Any Scout who sells $2,000 in popcorn will receive their choice of gifts between an Awsome Camping Package or R/C Helicopter.
  • $3,000 sales = $150 Savings Bond plus $50 gift card OR a Kindle Fire.
  • $4,000 sales = $200 Savings Bond plus $50 gift card OR a Kindle Fire.
  • $5,000 sales = $250 Savings Bond plus $50 gift card OR a Kindle Fire.

In addition: 

  • The Top 3 salesmen in the council will receive a trophy and a 26" Flat Screen HDTV.
  • The Top salesman from each district (outside of the top 3 council salesmen) will receive a trophy and a $100 Walmart gift card.
