Where Your Money Goes

As a not-for-profit, United Way partner agency, the Last Frontier Council is required to state expenses based on a time-study of services we provide. The study must be completed by a certified public accountant. Based on our total annual budget:

79% will be spent on Program –these are programs, meetings, activities, camps, and events with youth and/or adults.

15% will be spent on Support Sevices–this includes necessary professional support functions and office staff services.

6% will be spent on Individual Assistance- this pays the registration fees for youth that otherwise could not afford to be in Scouting as well as camperships to those in need.
